last time when i first buy iphone3gs without contract, after 2 day i feel tak betul, iphone simply data roaming this n that, ppl simply press my phone then charge again then i check at my data usage around 10mb for 2 day ready then i straight away call 123 to close my internet connection. in that call she promised. after 1month my bill come n charge me rm250 for internet connection i was like f... then call 123 again n argue with them.
me: hey. i already cut the internet connection how come u still charge me rm250?
cs:hmm...about this cases did u still using ur iphone to browse web or dl anything?
me: of course, but all the while i was using wifi connection.
cs: maybe the wifi drop then start using 3g connection.
me: huh i not going to pay even single cent of that, did ur system show that i already call up for cut or close my internet connection? cause i already know the problem is there.
cs: ya, we recei ur call at XXdate that time u only request us to close 3g connection.
me: huh, just explain me what is 3g connection?
cs: 3g connection is just a faster way to get into ur browser. u only request us to cut 3g connection.
me: i can't endure anymore, n i talk loud to them. please listen back to the call since there is recorder, i already said i want cut all the internet connection to avoid maxis charge me kao kao n i double or triple confirm is it i cannot connect to the internet since u cut me?
cs: yes. alright. (that time)
cs: about this ok. i will send report to my manager n will give u feedback in 7 working days.
me: okay.

after 2week not even maxis customer service call me.
n that time i call 123 again n ask them how how how?
there tell me still processing. i say ok since u like to take so long time to process then pls dont cut my line due to u need so many to process n i dont know how to make payment n i also need to process to make payment. the cs: only diam awhile. then ask me to hold for while.
i hold the phone around 5min, then the cs said. Mr. my manager promise will deduct the rm250 from ur phone bill. so u just need to make payment without the rm250. n i wanna inform u 2more days we will cut ur line if u didnt make payment. after that i make payment without the rm250 but then i check at *100*7*1*1# but still havent deduct. after 2 weeks time i call n f kao kao then finally there deduct from system.

i only can advise u guys just f them kao kao if u think u r right.
because we r the consumer. ^ ^
