QUOTE(garyngkt @ Jan 14 2010, 02:19 PM) Need advise from those on Celcom. When I asked them to remove 3G/Edge from my line 1) they said I need to change to 2G SIM card 2) When I went their service centre they said its not possible to change to 2G card anymore, all 3G card. If I really want to remove 3G I need to terminate the account and start a new one. Why can't they just turn it off via their system if Maxis can do it?. I ask the Celcom operator, she said Celcom MNP user cannot disable 3G/EDGE services.WTF but thanks to FakeAPN, problem solved

QUOTE(garyngkt @ Jan 20 2010, 02:16 PM) Hi TeK_Ken, thanks for the thorough tip. I didn't know under SBSettings there is something to turn on/off fakeAPN. I'll give it a try again. I think thats the one I need to turn on on SBSettings. Added on January 20, 2010, 4:08 pmSorry TeK_Ken, how do you add in the fakeAPN into the SBSettings toggle so that you can on/off, I can't seem to find it. Thanks. welcome that fakeAPN u need to install manually from Cydia.

QUOTE(iphoneiphone @ Feb 9 2010, 07:30 PM) well, just like what i said before, its just a from my own experience, bro. dont get me wrong. and why JB is more efficient eh? i dont see also and plus, i can say people who JB their always have a problem here and there. but people who dont JB only have a minor problem which is a normal thing for an iphone. you can see my previous post my i2G is JB'ed and I don't have any problem about data usage I am totally agreed with teikwing JB or non-JB is not an issue here as long u know what you doing with your iphone peace
