Okay I've tested this combo, and apparently it seems like working.
- SBSettings(latest) + fakeVPN add-on(available at Cydia) - Fake VPN profile that use Safari to install from unlockit.co.nz - Off Push - Off Location Last Reset: 14/04/2010 20:49 Cellular Network Data: Sent 0 byte ; Received 0 byte I'm using: - Redsn0w'ed 3.1.3 iPhone 2G - Blackra1n'ed 3.1.2 iPhone 3GS |

Tap More on your SBSettings and inside tap Set Toggles, you'll see something like this. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « And then I suggest you install fakeAPN for SBSettings as well throught Cydia.
