Actually if you are using wifi, automatically the cellular data is not working so no need to do such thing.lol

3.1.3 firmware is better I reckon. Since using OS 4 my Iphone lags sometimes but it never happened with the previous OS.

The fastest speed is maxis but it is not very cheap unless you get the unlimited data plan one.

Yes there is unlimited data plan for maxis, I subscribed it last May and another forumer got it last October at the same place.
