i think the bill will arrive on 16th or 17th. just checked my unbilled amount it was 0.10 cent. my only regret is not choosing the idata earlier. data usage now about 780mb with mobile data ON 24/7.

took up ivalue1 on 27/9 and im not supposed to use more than 500Mb till 16/10. what a nonsense reason by maxis. somemore ask me to pay the extra charges due to exceeding allocated data. sorry kiss my ass i wont pay even single cent. total data usage on bill is 782,XXXMb and where got i exceed 1gb.

they keep repeating that i was only able to use the data around 500mb and 1gb is valid for next month. how on earth should i know nobody mention that thing to me.

after 30-45 mins with questions and answers finally they waived the charged amount, i pay 106 only from total 227.

Added on October 20, 2010, 8:54 pmu need to clarify what went wrong. if not exceeding data usage u go tell them and ask them to waive.

in my case if maxis explain to me earlier i would easily go swap, pay and done thats it. no question ask.

billing cyle start on 16th, iphone4 launched on 27th.pro rata basis not my concern anyway. they better launching on 17th instead of 27th. CS explain its not their things to launching when and when LOL.

at least what they can do,

CS- sir, since u opted to sign ivalue1, kindly u need to pay attention and my advise is ur usage should not exceeding bla bla bla. due to incomplete cycle of 1 month. the policy said 1Gb allocation for 1 month BUT now is 27th and till next 16th it will be 19 days so by rights u may use ur data for only XXX,XXXMb.
