Same prob here. I change to ivalue 2 on saturday. My usage is around 25MB. Unbilled amount RM299.85. I called cs, they say it will take 5 days to look into the problem. I scolded him and he promised not to bar my line in this 5 days. He also said the amount will be waived in the next bill. Hmm....frustrating la to have this kind of problem. I want to enjoy my new phone. Not worrying about line barring and this ridiculous charges. sad.gif

I had issues with the waiver before. It took them 4 months to waive my RM200++ bill. I've been using Maxis for 11 years. So the trust is fading out......heheh.
