u need to clarify what went wrong. if not exceeding data usage u go tell them and ask them to waive.

I got conned by Maxis the same way .
They will pro-rata the data plan with your billing cycle , meaning if you have 15 days till your billing date , you can only use about half of your available data (500mb) , if it's 10 days , then it's about 310MB
At least they warned you , I got abill for Rm155 + Rm280 extra for over limit data and SMS vmad.gif
