entry level among klipsch line up la.. if RW-12D is its hi end models then where do klipsch KW-120-THX, XW-500d, RT-12D stand.. i said entry meaning among commonly talked abt hometheater brands like velodyne, klipsch, svs, hsu.. it is a fact these are the common brands hometheater enthusiast buy and their entry line normally cost usd550 to usd650.. they do cost a bomb to us but its a fact they r entry level.. i dont see many rogers discussions here so i have no idea how much they cost n sound.. if u feel offended and want me to call  RW-12D a benchmark model i am more than happy to edit my post specially for u uncle roger

Aiyah! U r not alone lah! I got three 'parieh' sub at home including a Roger ASB 10". He! He! If u do throw away ur Velo do inform me, it is at least better then the Roger. Poor people like me can only drool at the elite up-grading their sub.
But then I shall be most happy to learn from their FR on their new sub 

I think the difference between low end sub and high end sub really does matter in terms of overshadowing the details from other speakers
I felt the exceptional booming of the sub for my previous 10Q
but for spl 1200 ultra, I can feel that it blends well with the front speakers yet providing deep bass
