QUOTE(robinlim @ Sep 1 2009, 01:55 PM) Thought that the difference is really that significant to make u ditch the boxed spl 1200 ultra and for the WAF.....SVS no chance at all btw, I auditioned at Htkaki's house before for his PC-12+ and one forummer's spl 1200 ultra the difference is not heaven and earth For me, svs wins marginally on certain functions like deep bass, and natural bass the rest I found no difference I've thought of getting pb-12+ for upgrading (cylinder sub is no way for me due to wife factor) but then I have to give up due to its gigantic size and space constraint in the end I settled for spl 1200 ultra which I found not too far away from pc-12+ maybe the SB12+ lar |

QUOTE(ronnt88 @ Sep 7 2009, 11:21 AM) bro logit... none of the above are my setup but I hope you will set up something like that anyways, don't really know what u r looking for leh... wat kind of music do u wanna play? fengtau?? all he can only ask is....how much RMS it can output.... he always said SVS no good for music....if you really like music....I don;t think we need a 3000W RMS sub to reproduce the bass of the music unless u always listen to chamber organ music which goes very low..... and have u actually listen to a SVS b4???? |
