QUOTE(geforce1999 @ Jun 10 2009, 08:35 AM) Ah... the weight of PC12+ is lighter so that shpping cost is lower, I was quoted on PB12+ for $565 on door to door and $375 for airport. For airport, does it mean that the taxes are not included? If so, it is worth a drive to airport and collect it ownself.(Tell the custom to close one eye, semuanya ok) |

Hey Lightning69,
I think it is worth trying door to airport since our miri airport is only 15 mins drive. Or is it KLIA? |

Another question I want to ask. What's the main difference of PC-12+ and PC-12NDS, other than a less powerful amp? Their sizes and weights are almost the same but prices almost double?

QUOTE(htkaki @ Jun 11 2009, 09:36 AM) Forgot to tell you. Don't expect the PC-12NSD to outperform your SPL-1200R. It would be the other way round. So, you have to buy PC-12+ for your upgrade. Aiya, aiya.... I was thinking of getting 2 pieces of PC-12 NSD on 2 corners of my room instead of 1 piece of PC-12+. Now, I am eyeing the AS-EQ1. Hopefully, can get it by next month end. This advise is a bit out of date. The cylinders are not included because they can't be exported at that time. But now, we have 3 extra chioces, big

I got an offer for PB12-NSD for RM 3k - 2 weeks old. I wonder which should I get? Just get this heavyweight. Ask all your friends to try to lift it.Can someone advice me? my room is about 15feet x 12 feet x 10 feet. And you also can do one better..... your PB12 will be heavier than htkaki's PC12. QUOTE(lightning69 @ Jun 14 2009, 05:24 PM) True the SPL Ultra have got some serious driver, but I hope that the size and the huge and long port of the SVS will make up for that. If you got 'road' to get it in Brunei, then it is excellent. You might as well order 2 pieces. Easy to bring back to Miri from there.A showdown between the SPL1200R and the PC12-NSD would be great if jwyj agreed to it... I am too deep into the SVS already. I just want my bass to be "SVS Certified" |

I think the USD315 was for KL only. Non KL area is another story.

I'm getting 2 pieces of PC-12 NDS first, but no news yet. If successfully sent to me, then can buy PC-12+. See how first.

Htkaki,
For east malaysian, the delivery charges for 2 pieces of PC-12+ or PC-12NDS is around USD410 door to door. Say, if we mass order, do you think the delivery to KL plus sending to Sarawak be any cheaper? Say, less than USD200 for 1 piece? |

QUOTE(htkaki @ Jun 18 2009, 10:35 AM) From the rates add around RM250 for delivery of 30kg from KL to Sarawak. I assume it will only be worth it if you can get cheaper shipping rates, ie, around USD100 or less per piece of sub. I'm talking about the PC/PB-12+/NDS size.If you can get cheaper taxes, or savings on the sub price, then more worth it. |
