QUOTE(allrightall @ May 21 2009, 11:17 AM) go to celcom centre and make a scene there, most customers who are wrongly charged do that. siaocom is famous for wrongly charging their customers, so use with caution. already done few horrible scenes but again and again they charge me for gprs they said system got prob , until now no solution

So won't be problem with wrongly charged.

QUOTE(webzworks @ May 22 2009, 02:34 PM) my prob is with daily , not sure about weekly The problem with celcom prepaid daypass for postpaid is that the gprs/internet connection does not get blocked if you exceed the expiry date and time. Instead the payu charges kick in. Most customers tend to use beyond the expiry date and time, thus they are being charged at the additional PAYU rates. Since celcom does not alert you when you reach the expiry date, it can be quite troublesome!!!

I'd rather be suddenly disconnected rather than "quietly" get screwed with overage rates.

Guys, I got this problem also. Previously I wanted to subscribe daily broadband rm6. But I received a message saying im enjoying free broadband right now till 00-00-0000 date 00:00:00 time. I called the 1111 no, they said its true im enjoying this free broadband. So I start to use lor for 3 days. Then suddenly i got charged rm560. I asked them but they refuse to pay me coz they said I wasnt using free one, but gprs one. I told them I received messages from celcom that saying i got free broadband, but the problem is i deleted the messages.
Now I dont have proof, they said their system didnt send any message to me.
Who can help me now?
