well, i will try to update it by tomorow....
n it will auto update d database...!!

but its kinda hard to get the streaming server ip address for one fm....
if anybody wanna add more radio stations... notify me here...

you will notice "CHINESE" category in the genre part...
13 stations has been added in dat....

to ppl who wants update... i cant by today.. i am sleepy ady...

for Oli FM 96.8 , Singapore Tamil channel... i will try to add as soon as possible
cz i just got some malaysian channels lyk opus and gold and more...

gona release another update tomorow.


A BUG FOUND IN BETA 1 - FOUND MYSELF.. HIHI....

- AS I AM USING DIFFERENT MODULES TO STREAM.... THE DEFAULT WAITING
TIME AND BUFFER TIME IS 5 SECONDS...

- SO USERS WITH HIGH INTERNET SPEED CAN STREAM AND CONNECT FAST
- FOR SLOW SPEED.. U WILL GET THE ERROR

"Not Playing - Server Shut Down"

and some servers do really shut down.....

m gonna release the major update soon....

( well , after i figure out how to handle it..... )

hm..... this is kinda different...
cz d return error is the one i set....

3 possible reasons for dat

1) either skins folder doesnt exist, deleted, or files corrupt
2) Correct modules has been loaded bt improper shut down made to d program
3) Database corrupted

go to program files folder
go to the genius blazing radio folder

tell me the file size for :

Blazing.exe
BHD.exe
bhd.dll

Good news

(to People who having slow internet and facing many server shut down error : )

explanation :
Timeout has been set to fast to allow user to noe whether server responding or not....

hence i guess theres the mistake...
i tested my last code build and it works wen i increase the timeout frm 5 to 50 !

it was a time to detect dat....

another bug found in updating part where wen users tend to click d message box fast which
didnt allow the update process in d background hence crashed the program....

( Fixing dat too.... )

new update and ( new setup + new update ) will be released soon...

hi !. for the recorded mp3...

it goes to c:\program files\ ( Blazing radio installation name ) \ Recorded \

that recorded will be a temporary folder because incompatible with vista...

(please note that, only mp3, AAC, and AC3 based streaming servers only will be recorded...
(WMA based server streaming wont be recorded due to Windows media player modules....
will be available on 1st or 2nd version !! )


To the windows 7 user... i will get u the compatibility answer by tomorow !!

u mean blazing can't play radio station u want or it lack of radio station u wanted ??

if cant play..., try changing the timeout settings to 20
( WARNING, you can change another station if the current one didnt work only after 20 seconds
due to connetion request...)

default = 5 seconds
updated timeout default = 10 seconds

change the timeout n c how it works..

if still didnt work, dat means server shut down...
gotta wait till the server on back...

bt usually its timeout problem where it takes time to buffer, bt the timeout set to low....

PROBLEM : ERROR 372
CAUSE : WRONG VERSION OR OLD VERSION OF CONTROL FILES
( RELATING ONLY TO THIS SOFTWARE )

SOLUTION : RUN THE "REGISTER.BAT" FILE IN THE INSTALLED FOLDER

Y DIDNT DO THIS AUTOMATICALLY ?? : I DOWAN TO REPLACE ANY SAME CONTROLS WITHOUT USER PERMISSION

CONCLUSION : ALL NEEDED FILES WILL BE REGISTERED

WHICH PC WILL THIS HAPPEN : PC WITH XP SP 3 AND LOWER... IF THEN CONTROL IS UPDATED IN SP2, ITS UR LUCK....
