Can anyone explain it to me with this clause for my S&P :
All outgoings and expenses payable in respect of the ownership and/or use of the Property, including all quit rent and maintenance charge in respect of the Property shall be apportioned between the Vendor and the Purchaser at the date of payment of the full Purchase Price by the Purchaser to the Purchaser's Solicitors.
Is it mean that i also liable to pay any outstanding for those fees.E.g. Vendor/owner still have outstanding of RM5,000.00 for quit rent, maintenance fees , and etc.Is it i have to pay as well?It will be unfair to me if i have to pay the cost that has been incurred by the vendor/owner.
In the clause also did not mention anything pertaining electricity, water and Indah Water bills.Who should pay for this o/s before the transaction complete/paying all the balance purchase price.Appreciate any reply.
