In my opinion,this Celcom Xpax is good for 2nd number not as main number because of the feature can add offnet 15 FnF numbers. Other than that nothing is great about this plan to to it still uses local and adjacent rates!
Even to own network still uses those outdated rates  ,furthermore local rates are charge as 60sec block This post has been edited by eddievh: Jun 5 2009, 11:16 AM |
