Amd PII 810 fan noisy !, buy one?

my pc spec: CPUhenomx4 II 810 2.6ghz GFX:ATI HD4850 MSI (QuadPipe)512 DDR3 MOBO:MA790GP-UD4H +790GX RAM:Corsiar CM2x2048Mb 800Mhz PSUCZ ModxStream Pro 600W LCD:Hyundai 17 inch the Cpu fan was noisy ...it reach 6k rph ...when idle is 5k rph anyone can help the fan make less noise? or Can i buy v8 cooler ? i dont know v8 cooler is cool or not la ....me wan a cool and a slient and cheap de ..any idea? |

use speedfan or CnC or thru BIOS to reduce fan speed

just set it and see how the temp varies
make sure the temp isnt too high and youre safe |

oh i use easy tuner 6 ...i set to 70% nah it's ok .
