When i was 11 or 12, i had to inhale 4 times a day....cannot really drink cold soft drink

Then, as time goes by, it got better............i can drink very cold soft drink without using inhaler...

Nowadays, i still buy inhaler and use it....but each inhaler, can last for me, up to 4 to 5 months...

I do not really use it that often now...

Inhalers, are cheap...

I don't really do much exercise, but running...............yes, very often and almost everyday, even during travelling
