Depends actually. Since i work in kl, i never do sport cry.gif All i do is gym which doesn't actually give me the satisfaction that i crave for my body. But my weight still maintain at 68-70 kg provided i maintain what i eat normally everyday. I eat meat alot. I  gotta cut down soon cause i can feel my body is gaining weight cry.gif due to lack in sporting. So, i cannot really give you a certain answer for this question of yours cos we haven't know how does your daily live start and end at night (sleep). Calorie wise, fat consumption and mineral as well.
