My friend got such problem too... just send it back for warranty will do..

If Ur based in AU then do like what the other forummers have suggested because I'm quite sure ur unit is still under warranty

If ur not and can't seem to get to AU then perhaps uhm..... either do a factory setting restore and see if it works; otherwise contact Protoss-Zealot
