*I have received some complain regarding the late arrival of the item. First of all, I am truly sorry about this.

Now I'm going to explain a few things.

1. I'm not doing this selling in LYN as a full time job. I do other work as well.
2. I can't remember all the buyers name since I've received a lot of order in a week. Please include your name when you pm me again by SMS/email.
3. Usually the items I sent arrived within 1-3 working days but as a human, I do sometimes made a mistake. Such an event are like item returned due to wrote a wrong address which will make your item arrive late or forgot to send the item. As a buyer, you have a right to remind me about the order you have made.
4. I work in shift timetable, which resulting that I sometimes will become a vampire/batman (sleep at day & wake at night). So I sometimes can't answer your call or replying your SMS on the spot.

Lastly, I do my best here to give you guys a best service I could.
