is the any possibilities T's died bcoz of food poisoning?...this week 3 of my small Ts died, i just give them mealworms that i buy early last month and i never feed the mealworms with bread or anything

my sp blue, around 1 inch L/S not eating for about 1 week n i assumed that she's gonna mold, but on monday morning i've found her dead bodies with some old skin....looks like she's died during mold...so frustrated
