I am new here, I have just brought a Double storey house in Kajang, recently I have received a letter and the letter said they are now need to setup for the Electric bill and Water bill and need to pay for RM420 total.

Is that not included and we need to pay seprately?? Anyone know about this??

you received letter from who, the developer? The owner normally have to apply for electricity and water separately but need to get the forms from the developer.

Yes, need to pay separately. For my case, I am required to go to developer office with the $$ and photostated IC. I was furnished with a form to be filled in my particulars and the developer will help submit that application form.

I have went to the developer office and they already fill in all the particular for me. I just need to sign and pay$$
