I'm currently renting here. In my opinion, there are minor and major annoyances pertaining to Titiwangsa Sentral that a future investor needs to know before shelling out 550k (I assume that's everyone's target price). The Astro issue - yes, it was unfortunate that it happened during Hari Raya break, but prior to this, there have been a few occasions that the Astro centralized system went "offline" - suspected due to faulty signal booster. The Astro equipment was replaced today. I just hope the replacement part is not lemon - like the previous one. Or like elevator control system

How come the the 1st JMB meeting gonna be held in Penang? The property is in KL lah! Those people who live in Penang and own the property in KL cannot really form the committee because they are in not in KL and staying there

We have finally received the notification for 1st AGM. 12 Sept @ Penang. We have appealed to COB to change the meeting venue to TS. But to all owners - please make sure that you have fully paid all fees up to 31 August so that you're eligible to vote and be nominated. Here is the latest memo posted by the condo management. Regarding the "air well", since my rented unit is directly affected by it, hearing loud bang of trash being dropped from some ungodly floors above me is a daily occurrence. The "air well" has been cleaned about a week ago. It requires at least 10-metre ladder to go inside and to manually move the trash one by one. Now the "air well" starts to fill up again - with milk boxes, undetermined plastic bags of suspected content, canned food (perhaps explain the loud "bang" occasionally at night), etc. Attached thumbnail(s)
