Both my tenants (msian working girls) mentioned about convenience:
- near public transport to go to work and ‘balik kampong’
- plenty of amenities nearby e.g. food, groceries, park, healthcare, malls etc
- reasonable rental rate compared to other similar places

They also mentioned about lifts breakdown during heavy rain + not-so-strict security.

Btw, how much are u renting the room?

Last sunday, only 1 out 4 lifts was working. Yes, the lift repair is a constant occurence every week. Something not right with the lift design or manufacture. Usually repair lift once twice oklah can last a few months, but weekly?

Lift problem is going to be long term as rain water has somehow sipped into the lift control board and caused malfunction to the lift. Manufacturer is not responsible for the repair as it is not life's defect but caused by external factor. Management is doing the repair themselves and there is no long term solution.

This is either a design issue or structure issue. Just repair the lift will not solve this. The JMC should quickly put in a proposal to solve the structure or design issue as a permanent solution, not just repair the lift everything when it malfunction

I think the rent is reasonable. What is included in partially furnished?
