I faced this problem but all i did was click ok on the NSU...nvr touched the phone at all...n the installation completed itself afterwards..

However, now i faced a problem...when i go to video mode..i can't use my memory card...there will be an error msg...

"Unexpected error Occurred. Restart Phone."

I can still use my Image mode and save to memory card..
