i have a few question.
i have tried update the firmware through phone. But it didn't give me the option to choose either from 3G,GPRS or wifi. It just come out with a message said internet connection needed and need to be charge depends accordingly. why is it a? i tok we can choose connection type?

and i make a mistake when i purchase the tube. IT seems that mine one didnt come with chinese simplify input option. maybe because it is not a original unit. Can i bring it back to the seller to add on the chinese input option or not?

I have a problem,
my friend v20 tube seems to have no problem update to v21.
but my v11 tube can't seems to update either through phone or through computer.
it will show connection error after i click on it.
From the computer it will come up with a error report and need to close program for the nokia firmware updater

i did that too..
but it show on my phone connection problem.
it didnt pop up the option for which connection to use.. 3G or wifi.

but my friend v20 have the pop up..
