Bro, ur right... Nimbuzz is so much better than Fring. The UI is better. It supports profile photos... and it allows you to appear offline.♥♪,Nokia 5800 XpressMusic a.k.a "TUBE" V15 ♥♪

QUOTE(Virtualism @ Jun 6 2009, 11:27 PM) just want to know anyone of you, used to claim LCD from Nokia service centre before, due to the display color change? Yes, some of us(including me) changed our LCD module due to that problem.Never ever had that problem ever since, and it's been a month for me. Just tell the NSS person what the problem is and they'll know what to do. |

I thought the screen is too big for it? if it can, whats the best screen protector to get? any recommendations? thanks... Well, from what I've heard, the Invisible Shield is rubbery, so might not be the best option for scrolling around in the screen. Plus it uses that liquid applicator thing to stick to the screen which can be a hassle. This post has been edited by tunertoobe: Jun 7 2009, 03:18 AM |

Ouch! Hope your tube will be fine. Btw guys, some of you might notice that the only way to connect to the WiFi spots is to enter a URL then it will give you a list of WLAN to choose from right? But did you notice that sometimes the list changes although you didn't move? Like sometimes at first only 2 appears then suddenly 5 appears (some might be low signal) then it disappears to 3 or smtg like that. Basically its not stable right? Now there is a handy application that will help you scan for WiFi hotspots around you. WHat do you mean, when pressing the Start/Stop button the light doesn't go off?Erm, not really.. but i did notice that the calculator function numbers are blurred... I haven't encounter it but usually it is very laggy(dunno, since I upgraded to v21, it's unstable). So you might wanna wait till it's off. |

QUOTE(tunertoobe @ Jun 7 2009, 02:32 AM) Yes, some of us(including me) changed our LCD module due to that problem. Yes, after I changed my LCD at plaza complex at NCC there no more issues with the screen. Just tell them you have a screen problem. Best is to call and make an appointment. Mine took only 2 hours and no problems since. But call first, sometimes they won't have stock. Never ever had that problem ever since, and it's been a month for me. Just tell the NSS person what the problem is and they'll know what to do. Also to one of the posts regarding invisible shield. DO NOT. I bought it for 80 bucks, screwed up the application and then asked for a refund. But the seller said need to buy again. It is useless, the screen becomes hard to navigate, and the edges will collect a lot of dust. Best combo for the phone is: 1 normal screen protector: skool is fine, but you can get some more expensive ones with anti finger print technology. And next to protect the phone, get a good case: oil finish case: see redscorpions old posts, capdase, see FP for my post on it with video, or you can get good leather cases from capdase via garage sales. If you want to be brave and get the invisible then go for it. But you will regret it unless you are super patient, amazing at arts and crafts or the seller can put it on for you. But still later on it will collect dust all over the tube or in your case your N97. |
