* The SAL-1855 standard zoom lens will cost about $200.
* The SAL-55200 telephoto zoom lens will cost about $230.
* The SAL-50F18 portrait lens will cost about $150

not the last line
cheaper prime coming

but the demand for the f1.7 should cool down
that might bring the price down a bit

i think the new models will have some jpeg tweaking to make the photos more punchy right out of the camera, something like what d40 and d60 does

it is supposed to be $50 cheaper
