I dont think any slim drive is provided, that you have to buy seperately & install

My question has nothing to do with how ODD install in casing so far, off course I know your casing can fit the slim ODD, after I fit in, the next thing I need to do is connect the drive to the mainbaord isn't it?

Slim ODD connector is diff from the one on the mainboard. Unless I am wrong. Do me a favour, get a mainbaord and a slim ODD, let me know how both are connected.

Correct, the IDE connector for silm/laptop drives is different from the desktop version & u will need a converter. However, why not use sata instead? smile.gif
