Saw these replies on RAWK regarding Ronaldo's transfer. It put a smile to my gloomy Monday.

Fact is FACT...they wouldn't have won their titles without him. He was the difference. Mancs know this in their heart of hearts and are terrified, all this 'glad he's gone' bullshit is comedic bravado. They are trembling.
Mancs have been taken down since we humiliated them in March. They crawled over the finishing line and won the title by our error, they talked themselves up as making history in Rome blah blah blah and then were taken apart in a manner that exposed the myth of the mighty Manchester United in a way that was just a sequel to our humiliation of them in their own home, and will be carved on their foreheads for a long, long time to come --- b****slapped on the biggest stage and with the biggest audience in world football apart from the World Cup final. They were taught a lesson, the gimps, oh the humiliation of it all.
The lustre is dissapearing, the Emperor has no clothes, Ronaldo abandoning them at the height of his powers, spitting in their face, just shows them up for the stinky tramp of a club that they are, if and when Vidic goes they will be even further humiliated and lowered.
Get Tevez when they're down writhing on the floor and strike next season, the time is right to crush them, devastate their self esteem even more.

IMO they won't put up for his posturing and on-field bullshit in Madrid like they did at United, even more so given the other egos that will be around him.
The arm-waving at team-mates and Platoon-esque gesticulations on his knees won't take long to turn the fans and players against him.
At the price, Madrid fans will be expecting him to be something akin to the messiah and I think the whole shebang is gonna get messy.
He simply does not give two f***s about anything or anyone but himself and that attitude won't cut it in Madrid. It's what he can get for himself that he lives for...he won't think twice about waving his arms at Kaka like he does to Fletcher.
The fans and the club's backers will demand a damn sight more than that and unless there is a dramatic change in personality, they won't get it.

I know what you're saying but to be fair, he's in a league of his own when it comes to cuntishness. Many are over-paid yes, and some are twats, but it's hard to think of any footballers who are that much of an arsehole without it biting them on the arse (Bowyer or Barton for example).
The problem with Ronaldo is that Ferguson, for all his reputed man management skills and tough guy image, basically sucked Ronaldo's d*** for 6 years and let his arrogance balloon out of control.
When people ask why Ronaldo would go from a club that's won the title three years in a row, won the European Cup and reached another final, to a club that's gone out in the last 16 consistently... it's obvious. Ronaldo believes that he won those trophies, not the club and he believes that he will do the same for Real Madrid. He wants to be the greatest player in the world and more than that, the greatest player ever.
His performance in what he knew was his last game for United, in the Final in Rome was all about him. He started at a hundred miles an hour, raining in shots, determined to win it on his own. He clearly wanted 2009 to be "The Ronaldo Final"... I'm sure he even saw himself picking up the trophy before the game kicked off... It was a shame for him (and a delight to a lot of others) that despite being one of the most talented players on the planet, he simply doesn't have the ability to lead or inspire a team. When Barca took control and passed United off the pitch it was everyone else's fault but his.
I doubt he'll be mourned in the United dressing room. They won't win as much but at least they won't have that c*nt tapping his watch and hurrying up Rooney his driver during the next Munich press conference...
