Want to ask.. If I buy 1000 shares, and this counter gets delisted, then what will happen to my shares? If this company goes into liquidation, then after selling off all assets and paying the creditors, will I be able to share what's leftover of the company? Or if this company manages to find a new partner to contribute more capital,... then my % shareholding will become smaller, but I am still a shareholder right? then how do I know announcements like dividends, etc... since now it's no longer publicly traded.

QUOTE(stanly007_2 @ May 17 2009, 03:44 PM) "simplesmile" I also want to know, what you want to know. =) hope some PRO able to answer me I'm thinking,...since it's no longer publicly traded, then it's no longer subject to Securities Commission rules. And the small shareholders may not be protected at all. Meaning, since it's a Sdn Bhd already, then the big shareholders can do whatever they want without considering the small shareholders. Alot of things can go wrong. So, I think it's better not to touch this stock.
