hi..
i bought a auction house from public bank
after proceed with all the legal procedure, then i realize that i cannot continue to buy this house because cannot get a consent from the developer. the developer already bankrupt.
under clausa of proclaim of sale, i can ask for termination and get back my 10% deposit from the public bank. my current lowyer cannot do it for me he is a bank panel.
i need to appoint another lawyer to do a termination and if bank dont want to give back the deposit, can i sue them?
what should i do?
