Forumer : 1) Did not gave me an original pair which he promised
2) Gave me an OLD pair which he promised was new
3) Has been ignoring my SMS and PMs though he is still online lately

this is what he said on the thread : " never sell fake stuff bla bla bla", PM him and gave me full confirmation it's authentic.
when I began to be suspicious upon received, he showed me a receipt picture which was covered half by his fingers, when asked to take full pic he said all just codes only, not important. ask which model is this, he say rare, so don't know the name, never tell me.
I refered to my friend, who is working in Lacoste boutique KLCC. showed him and said it's a total fake. Say Petaling Street Rm50 also can get.
Got back to peenurse, he gave me supplier number. Supplier also admit it is non-genuine. (after some help from the forumers, googling this supplier's number, found out his name also Mohd Jafri, suspecting is same person) A pissed-off me then demanded a refund. He say no salary, wait until 5th May.
Nevermind lor, patiently wait until the date. ask him how he going to settle, very rudely answered my PMs. then I SMS almost everyday, no reply. When asked if want to settle in police station, only this coward reply say exchange available and will notify me the latest stock and come up from Shah Alam to KL to exchange with me face to face.
Waited some days already, no reply, SMS him twice and PM him and wrote on his thread. No signs of him bothering to reply me. He is obviously still online I can see
Abang Jafri, I'm still a student la come on. RM270 i need 3 or 4 months to save up. You made a fraud, deliberating not replying and distributing fake items all considered criminal activities and I can lodge a police report (which I plan to do this coming weekend) I have most of your information so I suggest you either refund A.S.A.P and I return you this pair of replica shoes OR you take the initiative come here and COD with me.

3. Forumer Skeri and other forumers have really helped in investigating this matter. One of the most useful information was Mohd Jafri's other number which "ironically" is the supplier's number. A massive suspicion there, either they are both involved in this or they are the same person. Not surprisingly, after I texted the "supplier", no reply, he remained silent. And I believe he has a few houses around the Klang Valley, one of them in Jelatak,so happens to be 5 minutes away from Setiawangsa (my place). I will seek help from the local police station and definitely keep watch of this guy and capture him.

ME : i am an extremely patient person. you want refund one whole month i dont give a damn. as long as i get full refund.you state the deadline and you follow it, everything will be forgotten. breach it of course i will do something. but if you follow, i wont report.
PEENURSE : the problem is i dont knw the deadline. cause anything can happen. tht time i state deadline thought can. but cant. u just give me the maximum dateline ---16th May 2009
5. Peenurse has agreed to a system for refunding me after much discussion. I understand his problems and he has already banked Rm50 to me. I give him the luxury to pay me Rm50 each month up until September to pay some remainders. The 16th of every month is the deadline for the month he needs to pay me. When it is 12.00AM 17th of that month, I will report.
6. Seems that Peenurse couldn't even afford Rm50 per month. sorry Mr Jafri. As promised you have said you would try and follow the refunding system YOU yourself suggested. By weekend I would be off to the police equiped with all your information (which is sufficient enough for you to be caught). I will note that you have conned 7 or 8 ppl where you've told me last time with debts up to 3 or 4 thousand. I suggest you hide now, I know that you live in a few areas, I will give all of your addresses. And you admitted you've hacked some innocent guy's number. This I will report too. You've destroyed your own future. You pay the price
