anybody using tenda 4g 185?
after using continuously more than 6 hours suddenly no device connected on the info from the device screen. then i check my handphone to search for wifi name but couldnt find the wifi name and during the time the battery bar is 1 bar, i try to restart device also same thing happen couldnt find the wifi name, after that i try charging anbd wait for 10 minutes then on the device then only can use... why like this? is it because of error?

what is RMA? after bought i directly use without doing factory reset, i scare after factory reset i cannot use my YES simcard......
