I don't had any hang problem with my phone (since I bought it) nor any unresponsive feedback from my phone? It's way smoother than my old N95 8GB instead. There must be something wrong with the way you handling it or you doesn't have skill maintaining Symbian phone 
. Or maybe, set problem? Hehe. Oh and I updated it to v11 since I got it.
