yeah rite 0.45 .. KNM has been steadily going up this few weak.. based on Moving average data also buy signal now..

If you have some form of collateral (shares, property, cash) available, NOW is the best time to open share margin financing with Maybank.

I have just submitted application today, effective rate is about 3.8% PA
(if they manage to get lowered discount rate of BLR -1.75, vs normal discount rate of BLR -1.00, which they say is very high chance)

First time application fee is high around RM1500.
Assuming your applied margin limit is up to 250K, subsequently no yearly charges, and no commitment fee.
Imagine this, as long as your collaterals are there, you will get this share margin financing rate of 3.8% FOREVER!!! LIFETIME!!!

The charges/interests are debited to your account monthly, based on daily calculations.
And remember they also have some form of FMR ratio, in case your load rate is too high relative to your collaterals.

Go to any Maybank investment centres to get this quick. Discount rates will soon be adjusted/abolished, plus BLR is now at very low rates.
