Finally, I managed to finish reading this whole thread. It almost took me one whole week. I will be getting an ummodded Wii console soon and I think I should have bought other consoles (PS3, 360) which are more popular in Malaysia.
Any idea of Wii games rental in Malaysia?

Will the process be complicated? So I just need to buy a good vga converter, plug in then it will be good to go?What's the approximate price for a normal vga converter in the market?

QUOTE(DarkTenno @ Apr 22 2010, 03:54 PM) check this http://www.superbuy.my/shop/p-6258-kworld-...-1920exwii.aspxeasy to do not technical stuff straight forward installation Thanks a lot for your help. The price a bit expensive though, I can buy a new TV from it rather than the vga converter. I will scout around if there's cheaper one available.

I think most consumers are wise enough to choose what's best for ourselves. We don't need them to tell us that! ;p

It is hard to use original wii controller to play fps games. I experience before the shooting event in M&S Olympic games and so hard to even aim (Maybe my hands is shaking badly ).

QUOTE(bcmengs @ Aug 20 2010, 04:06 PM) Hi. I'm a newbie & playing to get a wii. Seen many offers here at LYN, prices ranging from 690 - 1299. I understand that alot of the cheaper ones are the Korean Wii softmodded. However, 1. What is the best softmod/ Homebrew software? Some people offer me a used chipModded Korean Wii @600. Should i go for it? What is: 3. The advantage of chipmod compared to softmod EXPERTS, please advice. A billion thanks. Pirated stuff is not allow here but I can tell you these: If you want to play Wii with a lot of hassle, doing a lot of time-consuming researching and might still end up with a bricked Wii, choose modded Wii. If you want to play Wii just by inserting the game disc into it, buy original This post has been edited by Pr1me_Minister: Aug 20 2010, 08:46 PM
