I'm a newbie & playing to get a wii.
Seen many offers here at LYN, prices ranging from 690 - 1299.
I understand that alot of the cheaper ones are the Korean Wii softmodded.
However,
1. What is the best softmod/ Homebrew software?

Some people offer me a used chipModded Korean Wii @600. Should i go for it?
What is:
3. The advantage of chipmod compared to softmod
