Seems like you have the same problem with me. Just follow the instruction within given by prime minister. The idea here is to setup all the ip addresses manually on the wii, and not request the router service (through DHCP) to determine it for u. note that this problem is router/ISP specific. i know this coz when i bring the wii to my parents house i don't have the same problem - I can just setup automaticallly through DHCP and everything works.
btw, set your country back to brazil. trust me, if you set country to USA, u won't be able to buy anything. u will only able to 'window shop'.
At last after 3 hours battle, i manage to confirm the user agreement. I use manual setup setting all wep,ip address...etc. Try to connect fails for many times. At last i know that i need to key in the MAC-address on my router for my router to reconised the Wii. And everything ok already.Seems like you have the same problem with me.
