Hi everyone, need advice. My WII is NTSC (unmodded) but my friend bought me a PAL game (original), he, like alot of people, do not know there's different in PAL and NTSC. Is there anyway to play the game with my WII? any way? Please help, million thanks!

there are only 3 options:
1. buy a new PAL console
2. Mod your console
3. sell the PAL game (online) to someone from that region, and get yourself a US game of d same title.

option 1 is obviously d most unlikely from the 3 options.

there are lot guides out there (wiihacks.com) and such to help u achieve option 2. now, to make things complicated, depending on combination factors like your console build (serial number), and the PAL game title (is good if u share the game title) - is difficult to run perfectly without an external hardisk. so do some research before embarking on this risky option

option 3 to me is best if u don't want to be hassled with all d modding mumbo jumbo.

Wii is region locked.
That means certain console will allow to play certain games that release in their region. If you are NTSC-U Wii, dont even bother to get a PAL or NTSC-J games because it will not run !!! of course, unless u are modded.....

I think I should create a list of top rated and fun games to play by everyone who have not graced the Wii yet. Although, it might be biased since its my recommendations. We'll see how this goes (As I fill time to wait to play Mass Effect again. )

xbox and ps3 is hardcore. that is y they look the same, only ubah the kedudukan analog stick atas sikit so it doesn't look so boring like the ds3. hardcore like more of the same thing. they hate things that r different coz they already perfected the art of pawning everybody with their beloved double analog controller. wii are for losers who plays with only 1 analog stick on 1 had, and swing like a lunatic on d other hand. i mean thing about it man, its not cool doing that. hardcore are cool dudes who looks like ice from 10meters away (is hard to see their fingers moving at that distance). wii, definitely for losers

haha..if nintendo came out with that lolipop design...those ppl will definitely flame like there's no tomorrow

usually if coz of modded the wii will black out in the beginning of the game when u're loading it...not after.

you probably updated your firmware, no? if you haven't done any backup your machine using bootmii from homebrew, your chances are pretty much zero.

are u playing via a homebrew loader channel or thru the wii game channel itself?

It dropped alright, but not as staggering as USD's counterpart.

Previously, Wii: RM 1300

Now, Rm 940. That's after price cut.

I haven't seen the new models yet though. Nintendo's neglecting Asia at the moment.

probably u can try dloading the latest version of neogamma.

put it in a usb drive then install it thru the homebrew channel
