I follow the instructions on how to open a US account without using credit card and i follow step by step .

However , in the payment method part, i cant found the NONE column which stated in the How to create iTunes account without credit card as attached below .

I need some help here~ malaysia account really wat oso canot dld...jz can dld penang bridge road condition . Hehehehe~~
