i knw this brand is from china n not competiting with other high end brand but,,
da price doesnt come cheap if compare to other china made chapalang.
isit becoz da SQ is better than others china made?

sounds as good as any other cap ayam china stuff, if its expensive then better look for something with more value, like a 2nd hand branded set.

am using it , not bad , their tweeter are good stuff , but of coz with the price u are paying ... consider not bad

How Much is that Component set cost? I recommend to get Boston S60 for the $$$ you spend sure it's worth. In my place now the S60 is clearance sale for RM480.00.

im current using dls component in my car but pair with some chiplak amp, kinda waste. im thinking of upgrade my head unit. wana sell off my dls and replace with chiplak component to pair with my chiplak amp.

wtf? where did u came up with dat idea? sell off DLS and replace with ciplak speakers. lol... wat r u looking for? money? better sell off the ciplak amp and get a gud HU and amp. btw, i got a boston SL60 for sale. check my signature. or get the S60 if ur budget constraint.

cant afford high end amp and nice HU at same time
my dls cant perform well with chiplak amp, better downgrade.

av quart is not that cheap as far as i know... i did survey last time...... i dun think its value for money..... better get china made but under quality control la like Soundstream....

if downgrade then i nothing to say la. If can't afford nice stuffs, i suggest dun rush first. Save up more money and get the item of your dream. Dun regret selling ur good stuffs. Since now u have those things. Use them first and upgrade later.

downgrading isnt the answer, or else u wont be in here asking us

keep the dls, sell of your ciplak amp and hu, buy new hu only, run dls from hu first, save up for good amp and install later

Anyway I would recommend you to keep ur DLS and slowly upgrade it instead of going for CIPLAK brand.
Do it step by step then u would feel the pinch.

i just bought 2 channel JBL amp. and 1 china 2 channel amp.
but bad luck is my HU give idiotl steal

old school will always expensive is because back on thoose day every component they apply is 100% as its volume.

old skool ones are hard to find in gud condition d. think zennn has some in stock. mostly old skools have to get from oversea. and of course ppl would just pay the price for its sound. ICE is neva a cheap hobby. sorry to hear dat ur HU got stolen, darn those thief bastards.
oh ya, u were comparing MB Quart with Kole audio and AV Quart? dats a bit too much, lol... depending on which series, but the Q series of MB is not bad and quite expensive.

Added on May 17, 2009, 6:21 amtrue... until today, ppl(those SQ fanatics) still love old skool cos of their quality. mostly, their design sux, but the SQ is superb. like alpine 7909 is produced in the early 90's, but till today its quality is still one of the top of all HU. to me, it looks damn ugly, lol. old skool to the max.

Accually MB quart and AV quart sound and bass quality to compare. AV quart were be nice... Because i'm using Av quart 6x9 and pre-amp. Soon, will make my car all av quart^^ Got chance, sure take a snapshots to post upp sharing with you guys^^
