hello all, i recently bought HSBC(hkse), back in february. now, they declared divident, but my question is, can it be converted to shares?

My remiser says cant as it was the old policy and now cant. is it true?

Many thanks

U can opt the dividend in CASH or SHARES option previously. U can check the announcement at HSBC website for more info.
