is not similar.. the original one totally s*cks!
tis one got magnetic clip on top. Then is super fit/slim... ori one, its side kinda wide. Easy to take out also. Texture feel also nice. IMO. 

The pdair leather case type. for me is kinda huge/bulky.

As for me, i like to take out & feel my phone, the slimness. Hold it... after all i already buy IS alike shield. So pouch is just an extra protection from dropping.

im not in any position to say urs is normal but i just merely state that it might be just a delusion.. (no pun intended)

may i add on.. using opera and not totally closing it will takes up alot of ram and slow down ur device, to shut down opera properly, always go to menu, exit.. then it will shut down.. clicking the "X" button doesnt really closes it..

warranty card must be filled for proper warranty claims.. make sure date of purchase same as receipt and u have the company stamp.. it wont be valid without a date and company stamp..

if urs original from SIS distribution, it only gives 1 year warranty, den ur shop add on another 1 year by themselves(as in after the 1st year, any problems, u need refer to ur shop for warranty)

if urs is AP set, den all 2 years is from the shop warranty or the location the warranty card states..

places to check for warranty, ur receipt.. one and only places to check.. SIS only gives ONE(1) year warranty.  They only give extended warranty for the ppl that purchases their e-card(membership)..

try soft reset..

to do soft reset, open back cover, pull out stylus..

you will c a red button..

use stylus to press the button..

if warranty is your concern (most ppl will do including me) will have to stay with stock ROM for 1 ~ 2year. unless you are hunger for speed and brave enough to risk your warranty then go for CustomROM (Also some group of ppl would rather go for Custom ROM so am i)  WHy CustomROM? because Custom ROM proven to be more faster and has been tweak or tune for better performance.

or you should do HARDRESET then.
