I tried soft reset myself. I didn't do any hard reset.
Problems get worse when my TD2 doesn't power off.
It then became keep on restarting by its own.
I went back to the shop, the sales representative doesn't encounter this problem before too.
I left my phone for them to charge as it runs out of battery because it doesn't sleep.
After a while, he told me the problem is ok ok now. He asked me to bring back warranty card and he will send back to SIS Malaysia.
How unlucky I am

He said He sold so many TD2 never had this problem before.
