May I ask if there's any error message popping up saying something like driver not found or windows found some usb devices not functioning properly?
try launching ActiveSync 1st, then connect to your TD2 to your PC... |

there's an official dutch windows mobile 6.5 ROM for diamond 2 available at HTC dutch website, so i believe in time an official ROM will be available to all... |
