Drums Drummers, How to be pro in fill ins?

I am currently learning drums by notes (Book 3 going on to 4). I wanna know how to make good rock fill ins into a rock type of song.
I can jam along with songs but low on ideas without songs. So anyone mind posting some drum notes/ideas on the above fill ins?

Haha... Yea, but still can do some thing like this :
H.H------- SN--x---x BDxx-xx
H.h = Hi-hat Sn = Snare BD = Bass Drum

google is your friend....try em,search:snare rudiment sheet/score/notes/.rudiment is boring but it will help you implementing fill...once you master the rudiment of course!!!
