without nestle house, i am sure their rental income would be affected. should we sell now and pick up again later (when new tenant is confirmed)?

finally got some free time to go thru one by one of my statements, read, and do summarizing (it has been accumulated on my desk like a small bukit, sweat)

omg, i did a approx 30 times trading from April until today. it is like, almost everyday. call myself lucky, i still left with some profits, made a lot of silly mistakes, mostly due to greed and wrong timing.

last month (april), when the market was traded at 9xx points, which is the starting of the mini bull, i made some handsome gain. as the days go by, entering the month of May, i started to make a lot of silly mistakes, which wiped off my gains.

i think May is not a right month for me to trade. i better take my money and leave the table for you guys.

call it a day. i should be happy with what i have.
