MKland had a recent article in Star that they may turnaround from loss to 20m profit, but was denied later in their announcement.
THis is up to us to speculate already, unless someone here who works inside might know a thing or two?

2 years ago, went into their showroom , (belum built/halfway) one whole block of Armanee terrace facing KL they said sold out to corporate.
Other 2 blocks facing normal view, only certain units were available.
When financial crisis came, I dunno whether they got hit & now trying to resell the corporate one?

wht i see in cyberjaya they have some ongoing projects. one of them already occupied by JPA and told by friends that some other government agency are moving to cyber as putrajaya is already packed and got parking problems...
