get yourself a 3 pin plug, but with the neutral and live pins removed for safety.
the earth pin shall be connected to a cable, which is then connected or "touched" to the equipment casing that's giving you a shock. the plug will be plugged at the power socket for grounding.
if all the AV equipments are connected to each other, the earthing cable that you have created just now only need to be "touched" on any one of the equipments only.
