I fail to keep track on how much parcel I have sent throught the business (cincai business, no proper tracker / accounting software) but I can say that I have posted out at least 2k parcels.

I use poslaju. Never a package gone 'missing'

Time to time have things go wrong like, item arrived at the customer local post office but not being delivered, parcel to seremban ended in johor, to terengganu ended in perlis, but they just divert and its all good.

my fav poslaju centre is the one in Brickfields. efficent, send 7pm, custmer from WM gets the next day, and sometimes to sabah/sarawak too next day.

their service has been satisfactory for me,so far
